Our unexpected beginning
Our journey began quite by accident. Our founder, a skilled workman, stumbled into this trade and quickly discovered a natural aptitude. His expertise grew exponentially, and soon, word-of-mouth referrals became our primary source of work. This organic growth led to the realization that it was time to establish a brand built on this proven trust and skill: True Craft Plumbing and Heating.

Meet the True Craft team
Behind True Craft is Harman (Harry), our owner, who brings almost a decade of field experience. After moving from Surrey to Kelowna in 2023, he met Rasleen (Raz), his now-fiancée, our co-owner, who expertly manages the administrative and design aspects of our company. Our dedicated team is eager to support you, sharing the extensive knowledge gained through years of hard work in the trenches of homes and businesses.
